Elektro-Slovenija, d.o.o. publishes Auction for purchase of ancillary services for 2010. All interested bidders are invited to submit their application for prequalification recognition and, on the basis of a successful qualification, participate in the auction for the purchase of:

• reactive power reserve for voltage control,
• black start capability,
• ±80 MW of active power reserve for secondary frequency control,
• 348 MW of active power reserve for tertiary frequency control, consisting of the following products:
  • A: 134 MW,
  • B:   66 MW and
  • C: 148 MW:
     

Bidders are to deliver their applications by registered mail to the Buyer’s address: Elektro-Slovenija, d.o.o., Hajdrihova 2, Ljubljana, furnished with the inscription: »ANCILLARY SERVICES – CONFIDENTIAL, DO NOT OPEN«, or in person to the »mail room« on the 3rd floor of the building. An application shall be deemed duly submitted if delivered by Thursday September 3rd, 2009 inclusive at 12:00 hours.
