We would like to inform all interested parties that the provision regulating the possibility to submit a cash deposit instead of bid bond was removed by mistake from the tendering documentation Rules for the purchase of energy to cover losses on the transmission system in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. This option has once again been introduced to the Rules. For this reason, we have amended Article 7, added Annex No. 7 and changed annex references in Article 22.

Auction for the purchase of energy to cover losses on the transmission system in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019
All interested parties are, in accordance with the Rules for the purchase of energy to cover losses on the transmission system in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 invited to submit an application for their participation in the Public auction for the purchase of energy to cover losses on the transmission system in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
ELES shall in cooperation with BSP Regional Energy Exchange LL C via Euro Market trading platform select the most favourable suppliers from the participants of the auction by conducting an auction whose subject shall be products in the following form:
- 11 MW of base load product for delivery year 2017,
- 10 MW of base load product for delivery year 2018,
- 10 MW of base load product for delivery year 2019
The details about selection procedure are explained in the above mentioned Rules.
The application for participation to the auction shall be submitted at the latest on Monday, 7th November 2016 till 13.00 inclusive.
The auction shall take place on Wednesday, 16th November 2016 from 08:00-10:00.
