Notice of Merger and Changes to the Company

We would like to inform you that with the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana on the 2nd of October 2023, the merger process of the company SODO, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Distribution Operator (acquired company) with the company ELES, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Transmission System Operator (acquiring company) has been completed.

We would like to inform you that with the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana on the 2nd of October 2023, the merger process of the company SODO, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Distribution Operator (acquired company) with the company ELES, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Transmission System Operator (acquiring company) has been completed.

With the merger of the SODO, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Distribution Operator (SODO), the ELES, d. o. o. (Ltd.), Electricity Transmission System Operator (ELES), as a universal legal successor, entered into all legal relationships of which SODO was the subject, with which, in accordance with the Companies Act, ELES took over all the activities of SODO including all fixed assets, employees and concluded contracts.

With the merger, ELES became the operator of the combined system and as a result the company's name was changed, which after the merger reads "ELES, d.o.o., combined transmission and distribution system operator."
